How corrections are handled
- A critical safety concern may cause affected wording or a listing to be withheld before the full investigation is complete.
- A material correction identifies the affected page, what changed, why it changed and the real review status.
- Earlier approved versions remain in the internal audit history. Unsafe, unlawfully publishable, personal or security-sensitive material may be excluded from a public archive.
- Reporter identities, private correspondence, personal information and protected security details never belong in this public log.
